Katherine Padilla is responsible for Human Resources and Project Management. Katherine has been in the Human Resources field for almost 20 years. Prior to joining MetricNet, she headed the Human Resources Department of several companies where she was responsible for developing and implementing a strategic human resource program. She has extensive experience in all facets of human resources which included recruitment, training and development, benefits and compensation, employee relations an policy making. Katherine graduated with a degree in AB Psychology and took post graduate studies in MS Guidance and Counseling.
